O blahod\u00e1rn\u00fdch a l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch medu jste ur\u010dit\u011b u\u017e sly\u0161eli, ale mo\u017en\u00e1 to m\u00e1te podobn\u011b, \u017ee i kdy\u017e n\u011bco sly\u0161\u00edte, pak to jedn\u00edm uchem projde a druh\u00fdm zase vyjde ven. Tak tedy je\u0161t\u011b jednou. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je zm\u00ednit, \u017ee se v\u017edy mus\u00ed jednat o med surov\u00fd, tedy \u017ee med se nesm\u00ed va\u0159it a nejl\u00e9pe, kdy\u017e pouze sto\u010d\u00edte surovou formu medu rovnou do sklenic. Jak to d\u011blaj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad v \u0158ecku. O bo\u017esk\u00e9m medu hovo\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 kor\u00e1n. Egyp\u0165an\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvali med jako konzervant \u010di l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek do mast\u00ed. Pokud toto mno\u017estv\u00ed budete konzumovat rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 v \u010daji, potom v\u017edy dodr\u017eujte pravidlo: M\u00e1-li \u010daj teplotu ide\u00e1ln\u00ed ke konzumaci, potom m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159idat l\u017ei\u010dku medu, ne d\u0159\u00edve. A co m\u011b samotn\u00e9ho p\u0159ekvapilo, \u0161kytavka. N\u011bkter\u00e9 zdroje uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee pokud sm\u00edch\u00e1te l\u017ei\u010dku medu se l\u017ei\u010dkou ricinov\u00e9ho oleje a budete pomalu konzumovat, \u0161kytavky se rychle zbav\u00edte. S\u00e1m jsem neodzkou\u0161el, tak\u017ee pokud m\u00e1te n\u011bkdo zku\u0161enosti s medem proti \u0161kytavce, dejte mi ur\u010dit\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt. Pravdou je, i kdy\u017e med j\u00edm u\u017e skoro od narozen\u00ed a prakticky jsem na n\u011bm vyrostl, neznal tak docela jeho z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. Med byl zdrojem pro p\u0159e\u017eit\u00e1 p\u0159i hladomorech, n\u011bkdy je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za tekut\u00e9 zlato, kter\u00e9 se brzy vr\u00e1t\u00ed na sv\u011btlo sv\u011bta a\u017e si lid\u00e9 uv\u011bdom\u00ed, jak d\u016fle\u017eitou potravinou med je. Pokud si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee je med pouh\u00fdm zdrojem cukru, pak v tom nejste sami. Jak jsem zm\u00ednil v\u00fd\u0161e v \u010dl\u00e1nku, med se nesm\u00ed va\u0159it, pr\u00e1v\u011b po uva\u0159en\u00ed v n\u011bm vznikaj\u00ed krystalky cukru, proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 konzumovat med surov\u00fd, pouze st\u00e1\u010den\u00fd. Tedy nejl\u00e9pe od lok\u00e1ln\u00edho meda\u0159e. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u010dely sb\u00edraj\u00ed med z r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f kv\u011btin, proto med obsahuje cca 200 000 fytochemick\u00fdch slou\u010denin, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i boji s rakovinou, chr\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161e t\u011blo p\u0159ed radiac\u00ed. Surov\u00fd med obsahuje miner\u00e1ly jako je v\u00e1pn\u00edk, drasl\u00edk, zinek, selen, fosfor, chrom, molybden \u010di mangan. Je nej\u010dist\u0161\u00edm zdrojem spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho cukru pro mozek a dok\u00e1\u017ee obnovovat i DNA. D\u00edky tomu napom\u00e1h\u00e1 med proti demenci, alzheimerov\u011b chorob\u011b, Med zvy\u0161uje imunitu, a to t\u00edm, \u017ee b\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b fytochemikalie, med tak\u00e9 eliminuje patogeny a t\u00edm napom\u00e1h\u00e1 proti z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016fm. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd med<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolik cukru by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v poctiv\u00e9m medu a hlavn\u011b, jak spr\u00e1vn\u011b zach\u00e1zet se v\u010delami. Med si m\u016f\u017eeme koupit na ka\u017ed\u00e9m rohu, ale ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b takov\u00fdch je v\u011bt\u0161ina jen cukr a voda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S pr\u00e1vn\u011b by m\u011blo b\u00fdt v medu maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 20% pod\u00edl cukru. I v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku \u010derp\u00e1m z informac\u00ed od nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00e1tel. Zrovna p\u0159ed 2 dny jsem se bavil s kamar\u00e1dem, kter\u00fd mi \u0159ekl, \u017ee v jeho vlastn\u00edm vyroben\u00e9m medu m\u00e1 2% pod\u00edl cukru a hlavn\u011b, v\u010dely dokrmuje cukrem pouze p\u0159es zimu. A to je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Ano v\u010dely se mus\u00ed krmit klasick\u00fdm cukrem, to v\u0161ak nezp\u016fsobuje vysok\u00fd pod\u00edl cukru ve fin\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00fdrobku. Velk\u00fd rozd\u00edl je v tom, zda jsou v\u010dely krmeny cukrem cel\u00fd rok nebo pr\u00e1v\u011b jenom v zim\u011b. Pokud jsou v\u010dely krmeny cukrem jen a pouze v zim\u011b, pak tento cukr vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro svoji vlastn\u00ed potravu a v\u011bt\u0161inu takto vyprodukovan\u00e9ho medu spot\u0159ebuj\u00ed p\u0159es zimu. Zbytek tohoto \u201ccukernat\u00e9ho\u201d medu na\u0159ed\u00ed s t\u00edm spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm d\u00edky sb\u011bru pylu na jarn\u00edm kv\u00edt\u00ed. Zde se je\u0161t\u011b jednou vr\u00e1t\u00edm k It\u00e1lii. Pr\u00e1v\u011b v It\u00e1lii na jednom z ostrov\u016f chovaj\u00ed v\u010dely tak, \u017ee je tzv p\u0159esouvaj\u00ed za sluncem postupn\u011b z n\u00ed\u017ein a\u017e na \u00fapat\u00ed tamn\u00edch kopc\u016f. V\u010dely tak z\u00edskavaj\u00ed pyl z mnoha des\u00edtek a stovek druh\u016f kv\u011btin. D\u00edky tomu se do medu dost\u00e1v\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vitam\u00edn\u016f, miner\u00e1l\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch t\u011blu prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. <strong>A v\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee se do \u00falu ob\u010das dostanou i 2 kr\u00e1lovny? <\/strong>Je to ve chv\u00edli, kdy chce v\u010dela\u0159 rozmno\u017eit v\u010dely a vytvo\u0159it tak dva, t\u0159i, \u010dty\u0159i a dal\u0161\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed \u00faly.
