Inu v\u011bd\u011bla co d\u011bl\u00e1. Konzumaci jablek m\u016f\u017eeme za\u0159adit mezi dal\u0161\u00ed babsk\u00e9 rady, na kter\u00e9 se zapom\u00edn\u00e1. Jablko je toti\u017e obrovsk\u00fdm pomocn\u00edkem proti z\u00e1n\u011btu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e1m jsem to neutu\u0161il, a\u017e do chv\u00edle, kdy jsem se rozhodl uzdravit ze z\u00e1n\u011btu a Crohnovy choroby. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed moj\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby se stala va\u0159en\u00e1 jablka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>se sko\u0159ic\u00ed a jable\u010dn\u00fd odvar se sko\u0159ic\u00ed a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dkem. Pro\u010d? Tak to v\u00e1m pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f pov\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samotn\u00e1 sko\u0159ice a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek jsou extr\u00e9mn\u011b l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdm ko\u0159en\u00edm a jsou ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u00e9 stravy. Dnes se v\u0161ak pod\u00edv\u00e1me na jablka jako takov\u00e1. Sko\u0159ice a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek p\u0159ijde v dal\u0161\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h3><strong>Jablka pro zdrav\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jablka obsahuj\u00ed fytochemik\u00e1lie, antokyany, kter\u00e9 mimo jin\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed zabarven\u00ed jablek do \u010dervena. Je tedy pochopiteln\u00e9, \u017ee zelen\u00e1 jablka toto p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed \u201ebarvivo\u201c neobsahuj\u00ed, a proto jsou \u010derven\u00e1 jablka nejlep\u0161\u00ed volbou. Jablka podporuj\u00ed aktivitu neuron\u016f v mozku, odstra\u0148uj\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy z t\u011bla. D\u00e1le jablka odbour\u00e1vaj\u00ed z mozku glutaman sodn\u00fd, a to d\u00edky glutaminu a serinu. Nemus\u00edte se b\u00e1t jablka za\u0159adit do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed, obsahuj\u00ed pouze 10g cukru na 100g jablka. Nap\u0159\u00edklad u ban\u00e1n\u016f je to 19g cukru na 100g ovoce. Jablka tak pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed a p\u0159i ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9m z\u00e1n\u011btu. D\u00edky tomu jsou jablka vhodn\u00e1 po n\u00e1maze \u010di stresov\u00e9m vyp\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jablka pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i porobl\u00e9mech s ledvinami, j\u00e1try, \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1ze, hypoglykemii, diabetu, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159i traumatech, epylepsii, autismu a dal\u0161\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jablka a na\u0161e emoce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak u\u017e jsem n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t \u0159ekl, v\u0161e co d\u011bl\u00e1me, a tak\u00e9 co sn\u00edme m\u00e1 dopad nejen na na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 t\u011blo, ale tak\u00e9 na na\u0161e emoce a du\u0161i. Pokud chcete porozum\u011bt m\u00e9mu webu pak se mus\u00edte sm\u00ed\u0159it s \u00fazk\u00fdm propojen\u00edm t\u011bla \u2013 mysi \u2013 du\u0161e. A tak to je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak tedy jablka n\u00e1s propojuj\u00ed s na\u0161\u00edm nitrem, s du\u0161\u00ed a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1m, zbavit se nahromad\u011bn\u00fdch emoc\u00ed, hlavn\u011b smutku, pl\u00e1\u010de a deprese. Pot\u00e9 jimi m\u016f\u017eete posypat svoj\u00ed rann\u00ed ovesnou \u010di pohankovou ka\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jablka pom\u00e1haj\u00ed pokud se budete c\u00editit na konci se sv\u00fdmi fyzick\u00fdmi i emo\u010dn\u00edmi silami, nikdy se nevzd\u00e1vejte. Vezm\u011bte si kousek jablka a v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee toto magick\u00e9 ovoce v\u00e1m p\u0159it\u00e1hne slunce do va\u0161eho \u017eivota. Jablko je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo a mysl zdrojem tepla, sv\u011btla, slunce a letn\u00ed dobr\u00e9 n\u00e1lady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaj\u00edmavost: <\/strong>Slupka jablka je schopn\u00e1 odolat a ochr\u00e1nit plod proti mrazu, oproti jin\u00e9mu ovoci je tak jablko schopn\u00e9 prosp\u00edvat a dozr\u00e1vat i b\u011bhem mraziv\u00fdch r\u00e1n. Stejn\u011b tak m\u016f\u017ee jablko poslou\u017eit tak\u00e9 n\u00e1m. Pokud jsme pod tlakem \u010di emo\u010dn\u00edm chladn\u00fdm \u00fatokem od n\u011bkoho z rodiny, p\u0159\u00fdtel \u010di koleg\u016f z pr\u00e1ce, jablko n\u00e1s dok\u00e1\u017ee doslova zah\u0159\u00e1t u srdce, abychom tomuto emo\u010dn\u00edmu \u00fatoku odolali s gr\u00e1ci\u00ed a bez psychick\u00e9 \u00fajmy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enost: <\/strong>Z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti m\u00e1m vyzkou\u0161en\u00fd recept na zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed. Pokud je v\u00e1m zima od nohou \u010di po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble, uva\u0159te si pohankovou vlo\u010dkovou ka\u0161i nap\u0159\u00edklad v r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9m \u010di ovesn\u00e9m ml\u00e9ce, posypte sko\u0159ic\u00ed a p\u0159idejte rozva\u0159en\u00e1 jablka. Pokrm v\u00e1s hned zah\u0159eje. <strong>Pozor, i p\u0159es to, \u017ee m\u00e1m kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko velmi r\u00e1d a va\u0159\u00edm si jej st\u00e1le, m\u00e1 tendenci t\u011blo ochlazovat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jsem hledal, kolik bychoom m\u011bli j\u00edst jablek denn\u011b, na\u0161el jsem \u010d\u00edslo 3, 3 jablka pro dosa\u017een\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu. Jablka je pot\u0159eba za\u0159azovat postupn\u011b a mohou se st\u00e1t sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u010derstv\u00fdch i va\u0159en\u00fdch pokrm\u016f, stejn\u011b tak jable\u010dn\u00fd \u010daj (odvar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pokud jde o kvalitu, ta je u jablek d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e u kter\u00e9hokoli jin\u00e9ho ovoce. <\/strong>P\u0159i m\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumu jsem dohledal n\u00e1zor z pohledu naturopatky: Pokud kupujeme ovoce \u010di zeleninu v bio kvalit\u011b, je pr\u00e1v\u011b biokvalita u jablek nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. I p\u0159es to, pokud koupite bio jablka v klasick\u00e9m obchod\u011b, pak i tak slupku oloupejte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jablko ve slupce jezte pouze ve chv\u00edli, kdy si jste jist\u00ed kvalitou a p\u016fvodem ovoce. Tedy nejl\u00e9pe ze sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed zahr\u00e1dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zaj\u00edmavost: <\/strong>Trh\u00e1n\u00ed jak\u00e9hokoli ovoce v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee poslou\u017eit jako meditace k dokonal\u00e9mu uzemn\u011bn\u00ed a zp\u0159\u00edtomn\u011bn\u00ed TADY A TE\u010e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h3><strong>Jable\u010dn\u00e1 historie<\/strong><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su\u0161en\u00e9 k\u0159\u00ed\u017ealy, ty jedly u\u017e na\u0161i d\u011bde\u010dkov\u00e9 a babi\u010dky a nejen ti, ale tak\u00e9 na\u0161i d\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edci. Historie jablek sah\u00e1 do doby 2000 let p\u0159. n. l. a poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z oblasti Kavkazu, Turkmenist\u00e1nu a \u00cdr\u00e1nu. Pot\u00e9 se p\u0159es Asii dostala do St\u0159edomo\u0159\u00ed. V Antick\u00e9m \u0158ecku znali 17 odr\u016fd jablek. Dnes se sklid\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b 50 milion\u016f tun jablek ro\u010dn\u011b a vyp\u011bstuje se n\u011bkolik tis\u00edc odr\u016fd. Jablka tak zauj\u00edmaj\u00ed 3. m\u00edsto mezi nejroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ovocem na sv\u011bt\u011b hned za ban\u00e1ny a citrusy. Celosv\u011btov\u00e1 konzumace jablek vych\u00e1z\u00ed na 9kg na 1 osobu za 1 rok. Nejv\u00edce jablek se sn\u00ed v Holandsku (50kg\/osobu), v \u010cR je to 24kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><h3><strong>Dal\u0161\u00ed zaj\u00edmavosti o jablku<\/strong><\/h3><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\r\n<li>Prvn\u00ed jable\u010dn\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d upekli v Anglii cca p\u0159ed 700 lety.\n\n\n\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Jablko na hladin\u011b vody plave, proto\u017ee jej tvo\u0159\u00ed z 35% vzduch.\n\n\n\n<\/li>\r\n<li>Polovina listnat\u00fdch strom\u016f na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b jsou jablon\u011b\n\n\n\n<\/li>\r\n<li>V Bibli se mluv\u00ed o tom, \u017ee byla Eva vyhn\u00e1na z r\u00e1je proto, \u017ee sn\u011bdla jablko. Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u016f\u017ee n\u011bjakou (del\u0161\u00ed) dobu j\u00edst skoro nic za\u010dne si v\u00e1\u017eit ka\u017ed\u00e9ho j\u00eddla jako daru. Jako l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd n\u00e1poj jsem za\u010dal v b\u0159eznu 2021 p\u00edt odvar z jablek se sko\u0159ic\u00ed a h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dkem a nezapome\u0148te na \u0161petku soli pro zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00ed sladk\u00e9 chuti. Pot\u00e9 jsem tak\u00e9 p\u0159idal rozvar z jablek, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017eete naprosto rozva\u0159it, vyva\u0159it vodu a p\u0159iv\u00e9st tak t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na hranici karamelizace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsem moc r\u00e1d, \u017ee jsem tento \u010dl\u00e1nek pro v\u00e1s mohl napsat a s\u00e1m si tak uv\u011bdomit v\u00fdznam a d\u016fle\u017eitost jablek ve sv\u00e9m j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Jablka op\u011bt mnohem v\u00edce do sv\u00e9 stravy za\u0159ad\u00edm. Zkuste to tak\u00e9 a dejte mi klidn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt.
