Hodn\u011b z v\u00e1s se o ni ur\u010dit\u011b i pokou\u0161elo, ale ch\u00e1pu, \u017ee vydr\u017eet v klidu a na nic nemyslet, je v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b skoro nemo\u017en\u00e9. M\u011bl jsem to podobn\u011b. A proto je t\u0159eba, za\u010d\u00edt pomalu a postupn\u011b. Ale nevzd\u00e1vejte to. <strong>Inspirac\u00ed v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt Bil Gates<\/strong>, kter\u00fd tak\u00e9 zapad\u00e1 do skupiny lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed meditaci praktikuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Kol\u00e9bkou meditace je Indie. J\u00e1 m\u00e1m obrovsk\u00e9 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee zn\u00e1m \u010dlov\u00ed\u010dka, kter\u00fd se meditaci u\u010dil p\u0159\u00edmo u jej\u00edho zdroje. Ve kter\u00e9m definice \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee meditace je: \u201cpostup spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v prohlubov\u00e1n\u00ed soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem dosa\u017een\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed.&#8220; Nebo jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed pojet\u00ed pova\u017euje meditaci za rozj\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a hloub\u00e1n\u00ed. To je asi lep\u0161\u00ed, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te? C\u00edlem je pak dosa\u017een\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed. Tedy osv\u00edcen\u00ed<strong>. Jak a kdy lze tohoto stavu dos\u00e1hnout<\/strong>? Kdy\u017e se \u0159ekne meditace, asi si v\u0161ichni vybav\u00edte mnichy v jednoduch\u00fdch h\u00e1vech vysoko v Himal\u00e1jsk\u00fdch kl\u00e1\u0161terech. Rozj\u00edmaj\u00edc\u00ed, v naprost\u00e9m tichu, nad smyslem \u017eivota. To je pro n\u00e1\u0161 hektick\u00fd sv\u011bt, mimo himal\u00e1jsk\u00e9 vrcholky, neuchopiteln\u00e9 a nere\u00e1ln\u00e9. Proto se mi moc l\u00edb\u00ed my\u0161lenka Buddhy, kterou jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bl je\u0161t\u011b na st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole, a kter\u00e1 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1: <strong>&#8222;\u017de osv\u00edcen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout \u010dlov\u011bk kdykoliv a p\u0159i jak\u00e9koliv \u010dinnosti.&#8220;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i n\u00e1kupu v obchod\u011b a nen\u00ed t\u0159eba se a\u017e fanaticky modlit, ale prost\u011b jen \u017e\u00edt, tady a te\u010f, a p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u011bci tak, jak jsou. S my\u0161lenkou, \u017ee <strong>v\u0161e, co p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed, je jen a jen dobr\u00e9. <\/strong>Dobr\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je v tomto sm\u011bru moje vlastn\u00ed mamka, kter\u00e1 se v\u011bnuje duchovn\u00edm v\u011bcem a u\u010den\u00ed asi 25 let a j\u00e1 jsem ji nevid\u011bl nikdy meditovat. Kdy\u017e jsem j\u00ed jednou \u0159\u00edkal, \u017ee by m\u011bla meditovat, op\u00e1\u010dila, \u017ee ona medituje. Kdy\u017e \u0159\u00edd\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m aut\u011b. To nikomu nedoporu\u010duji, proto\u017ee p\u0159i prvn\u00edch pokusech o dosa\u017een\u00ed medita\u010dn\u00edho stavu m\u016f\u017eete usnout. A i to je v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kdy\u017e si vzpomenu na sebe, zkou\u0161el jsem poprv\u00e9 meditovat asi p\u0159ed 6 ti lety. <\/strong>V hork\u00e9 vod\u011b, van\u011b. Tam jsem si ani nemohl nat\u00e1hnout pohodln\u011b nohy. V\u0161echno m\u011b tla\u010dilo a k tomu jsem si hned na prvn\u00ed pokus pustil hodinovou, vedenou meditaci. Pamatuji si to je\u0161t\u011b dnes. St\u011b\u017e\u00ed jsem vydr\u017eel 10 minut. S hlavou plnou jin\u00fdch my\u0161lenek a <strong>po 10 ti minut\u00e1ch jsem si \u0159\u00edkal, co to ten c\u00e1pek pl\u00e1c\u00e1. <\/strong>Co \u017ee to m\u00e1m d\u011blat? A n\u011bkdy jsem ho a\u017e nevn\u00edmal, proto\u017ee m\u00e9 my\u0161lenky byly rozutekl\u00e9 v\u0161ude mo\u017en\u011b. Jen ne tady a te\u010f.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spr\u00e1vn\u011b proveden\u00e1 meditace ne\/existuje?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Z toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee <strong>pro \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nou meditaci nen\u00ed t\u0159eba sed\u011bt v lotosov\u00e9m kv\u011btu. <\/strong>V tichu bez j\u00eddla a pit\u00ed po 30 dn\u00ed a 30 noc\u00ed. Ano nikomu nebr\u00e1n\u00edm, ale op\u011b nedoporu\u010duji. Hlavn\u00edm krit\u00e9riem pro meditac\u00ed je pohodl\u00ed. A\u0165 u\u017e budete sed\u011bt nebo le\u017eet, mus\u00edte se c\u00edtit pohodln\u011b. Tak\u00e9 bu\u010fte v teple. To je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Proto\u017ee p\u0159i meditaci kles\u00e1 teplota lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Osobn\u011b zn\u00e1m jednoho velmi \u0161ikovn\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u00ed\u010dka, kter\u00fd se meditac\u00edm v\u011bnuje ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let. A velmi si potrp\u00ed na technickou str\u00e1nku meditace. Pak je, ale tak\u00e9 velmi \u010dasto zklaman\u00fd. Proto\u017ee nedosahuje, tak \u010dasto, k\u00fd\u017een\u00fdch pocit\u016f uvoln\u011bn\u00ed nebo vizualizace. Proto\u017ee je v p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 k\u0159e\u010di z dokonalosti proveden\u00ed.\u00a0 Ale pro\u010d? Nikdo v\u00e1s z meditace nebude zn\u00e1mkovat, jako t\u0159eba v matematice. <strong>C\u00edl meditace nen\u00ed a nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jasn\u011b definov\u00e1n<\/strong>. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se takjednou stane. A\u017e bude b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 lidem nahl\u00e9dnout do mysl\u00ed, a tak pochopit, co se uvnit\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s d\u011bje. Nejbl\u00ed\u017ee \u010dten\u00ed my\u0161lenek je dnes intuice. Tedy odpojen\u00ed logick\u00e9ho uva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed naslouchat a promlouvat na\u0161emu nitru \u010di du\u0161i. <strong>Snad pr\u00e1v\u011b aktivace intuice je t\u00edm c\u00edlem meditace, ke kter\u00e9mu se sna\u017e\u00edme dostat<\/strong>. T\u00edm na\u0161e pochopen\u00ed kon\u010d\u00ed. Vezm\u011bme si, \u017ee dojde k vypnut\u00ed logick\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed ve stavu meditace. Co potom chcete pochopit? Kdy\u017e na\u0161e logick\u00e9 ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed nefunguje<strong>. Za hranic\u00ed logiky se tak ka\u017ed\u00e9mu z n\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t naprosto cokoliv.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zde se pak otev\u00edr\u00e1 jedna ot\u00e1zka. <strong>Je meditace nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1? <\/strong>T\u00edm v\u00e1m ned\u00e1v\u00e1m z\u00e1minku k dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdmluv\u011b pro\u010d nemeditovat. Kdy\u017e si ka\u017ed\u00fd den na 10 minut sednete, zav\u0159ete o\u010di a up\u0159ete svoji mysl na jedin\u00fd bod ve sv\u00e9 hlav\u011b, pak se o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed b\u00e1t nemus\u00edte. Ale ano, s\u00e1m jsem cht\u011bl dos\u00e1hnout takzvan\u00e9ho vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 si p\u00ed\u0161i do pozn\u00e1mky a tento pojem probereme v jin\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku.\u00a0 Kdy\u017e jsem se zm\u00ednil o vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ed zku\u0161en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v oboru meditac\u00ed, hned m\u011b upozornil, \u017ee je to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9. Ale p\u0159i t\u00e9to praktice u\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke stavu, kdy du\u0161e (na\u0161e v\u011bdom\u00ed) opou\u0161t\u00ed t\u011blo a tak\u00e9 se v krajn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech nemus\u00edme vr\u00e1tit. O tom ale a\u017e n\u011bkdy jindy. (slovo vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed dokonce nezn\u00e1 ani Microsoft Word ve kter\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nek p\u00ed\u0161i &#8211; pozn. redaktora). Pokud v\u00e1s j\u00edm\u00e1 strach z toho, co to to vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed je a proto rad\u011bji nebudete meditovat, tak se nebojte. Jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 m\u016fj, dnes 12 ti let\u00fd, br\u00e1\u0161ka: \u201cTo se nesm\u00ed\u0161 b\u00e1t pustit.\u201d\u00a0 Mysl\u00ed t\u00edm pustit se t\u011bla. A\u017e budu \u010dl\u00e1nek o vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed ps\u00e1t, bude mi ur\u010dit\u011b moc r\u00e1d pom\u00e1hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd a jasn\u011b dan\u00fd postup meditace nefunguje, a to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ji nelze prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u0161patn\u011b. <\/strong>Sta\u010d\u00ed se jen neb\u00e1t a vybrat si typ meditace podle c\u00edle, kter\u00e9ho alespo\u0148 okrajov\u011b chcete dos\u00e1hnout. Na v\u00fdb\u011br potom m\u00e1te hned z n\u011bkolika typ\u016f meditac\u00ed. Do za\u010d\u00e1tku ur\u010dit\u011b jejich d\u011blen\u00ed zn\u00e1t nemus\u00edte. Osobn\u011b si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je d\u011blen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 slo\u017eit\u00e9 a mnoho zdroj\u016f se v druz\u00edch meditace rozch\u00e1z\u00ed a mnoho z nich se tak\u00e9 prol\u00edn\u00e1. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed bude, na ka\u017ed\u00fd typ ud\u011blat samostatn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek, abych zde nikoho nezahltil. Pokro\u010dil\u00fdm hr\u00e1\u010d\u016fm chci ale nab\u00eddnout dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost rozvoje.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Popularita meditace roste, praktikuje j\u00ed i Bill Gates<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 se probouz\u00ed a popularita meditace roste.\u00a0 V USA v letech 2012-2017 vzrostl po\u010det dosp\u011bl\u00fdch praktikuj\u00edc\u00edch meditaci ze 4, 1 % na 14, 2 % a mezi mlad\u00fdmi (4-17 let) za stejn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed z 0,6 na 5, 4 %. A jak s\u00e1m pozoruji, obl\u00edbenost meditace mezi lidmi st\u00e1le roste.\u00a0 <strong>Konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt Bill Gates<\/strong>, kter\u00fd tak\u00e9 praktikuje meditaci a pova\u017euje j\u00ed za posilovnu pro mozek stejn\u011b, jako je t\u011blocvi\u010dna posilovnou pro svaly. V rozhovoru tak\u00e9 uvedl, \u017ee medituje cca 3x t\u00fddn\u011b v\u017edy po dobu 10 ti minut. Pro n\u011bkter\u00e9 z v\u00e1s to tedy m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dal\u0161\u00ed dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va o tom, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed meditovat jen velmi kr\u00e1tkou dobu a ne n\u011bkolik hodin \u010di dn\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na meditaci v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku, najdeme na sv\u011bt\u011b cca 200\u2013500 milion\u016f lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed meditaci praktikuj\u00ed. Takov\u00e1 je statistika z roku 2022. \u00a0Nen\u00ed to p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 p\u0159esn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo. Co t\u00edm chci \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee lze meditovat v e skupin\u00e1ch 5 ti nebo 50 ti lid\u00ed. A\u0165 u\u017e od sebe budete\u00a0 2 metry nebo 2000 kilometr\u016f. Je to tedy stejn\u00e9, jako v posilovn\u011b. Nemus\u00edte na to b\u00fdt sami a nikdy nejste, proto\u017ee ka\u017edou chv\u00edli na sv\u011bt\u011b najdete n\u011bkoho, kdo zrovna medituje a nyn\u00ed zn\u00e1te i m\u011b a j\u00e1 v\u00e1s v tom nenech\u00e1m. R\u00e1d se k pravideln\u00fdm meditac\u00edm p\u0159id\u00e1m. <strong>Sta\u010d\u00ed mi napsat a tak\u00e9 na tomto webu brzy vznikne medita\u010dn\u00ed skupina. Takov\u00fd je m\u016fj c\u00edl. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zdravotn\u00ed benefity meditace<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Stejn\u011b rozporupln\u00fd n\u00e1zor panuje tak\u00e9 na to, jak\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 a ozdravn\u00e9 benefity pro lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo m\u00e1 meditace. A jestli v\u016fbec n\u011bjak\u00e9 jsou. V tomto n\u00e1zoru se li\u0161\u00ed klasick\u00e1 medic\u00edna od alternativn\u00ed medic\u00edny, kter\u00e1 meditace vysoce uzn\u00e1v\u00e1. Lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee nen\u00ed ur\u010dit\u011b snadn\u00e9 projevy meditace zm\u011b\u0159it klasick\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstroji. Vyjma t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00ed mozkovou aktivitu. Ale to nemus\u00edme prob\u00edrat. V\u017edy je nejlep\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1t na pocit lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed meditaci praktikuj\u00ed. Pov\u00edm v\u00e1m up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b, \u017ee nen\u00ed t\u0159eba nikomu nic dokazovat. Va\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je, c\u00edtit se klidn\u011b, uvoln\u011bn\u011b a zdrav\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti mohu \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee meditace redukuje stres <\/strong>a hrozbu psychick\u00fdch \u010di srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. T\u00edm v\u0161ak netvrd\u00edm, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd kardiak vrhnout na meditace a vyhodit l\u00e9ky od l\u00e9ka\u0159e do ko\u0161e. To pros\u00edm ned\u011blejte. Meditace je ide\u00e1ln\u00edm dopl\u0148kem k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b mnoha nemoc\u00ed. Sama o sob\u011b n\u00e1s v\u0161ak nespas\u00ed a je t\u0159eba db\u00e1t na celkovou \u017eivotospr\u00e1vu. O t\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b tady na tomto webu najdete spoustu informac\u00ed. Chmurn\u00e9 obdob\u00ed covid-19 pak tak\u00e9 pomohlo r\u016fstu popularity meditac\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch firm\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 pos\u00edlaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 zam\u011bstnance a umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed jim absolvovat kurzy meditac\u00ed nebo mindfulness.
