Kdy\u017e se ale \u0159ekne Bubble tea, tak 90% lid\u00ed v\u00ed naprosto jist\u011b o \u010dem je \u0159e\u010d. Tapioka je dal\u0161\u00ed potravinou, se kterou jsem m\u011bl mo\u017enost se setkat v roce 2021. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u00e9 kompletn\u00ed zm\u011bny j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku a cel\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro m\u011b se tapioka stala n\u00e1hra\u017ekou r\u00fd\u017ee nebo v t\u00e9 dob\u011b tak\u00e9 brambor. Do tapioky jsem se doslova zamiloval. Va\u0159\u00edm j\u00ed jak nasladko tak naslano. Tapioka je dal\u0161\u00ed z potravin, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba se neb\u00e1t. Osobn\u011b jsem nem\u011bl na vybranou. Brambory a na za\u010d\u00e1tku tak\u00e9 r\u00fd\u017ee musela pry\u010d. Byla to volba mezi tapiokov\u00fdmi perlami a hladovkou. Opravdu na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsem mal\u00fdm b\u00edl\u00fdm kuli\u010dk\u00e1m doslova propadl. Tapioku lze va\u0159it pouze ve vod\u011b nebo v ml\u00e9ce. J\u00e1 osobn\u011b m\u00e1m nejrad\u011bji ml\u00e9ko kokosov\u00e9. Osobn\u011b tapioku ni\u010d\u00edm krom ovoce nedoslazuji. A te\u010f (od 24.3.2023) neslad\u00edm ani ovocem. Maxim\u00e1ln\u011b kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk vy\u0159ad\u00ed kompletn\u011b cukry, p\u0159ijde mu i samotn\u00fd kokos extr\u00e9mn\u011b sladk\u00fd. Kter\u00e9 je dnes velmi m\u00f3dn\u00ed. <strong>Samotn\u00e1 tapioka je lehko straviteln\u00fdm sacharidem, kter\u00fd dod\u00e1 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie, je vegansk\u00e1, bez cukru a sk\u00fdt\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ednosti, na kter\u00e9 se pod\u00edv\u00e1me d\u00e1le v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku. <\/strong>V rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch se tapioka vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k nasycen\u00ed hladov\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, kter\u00fdm dod\u00e1v\u00e1 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie. Osobn\u011b jsem pou\u017e\u00edval mix\u00e9r G21, kter\u00fd ale na rozemlet\u00ed mouky nesta\u010d\u00ed. Dnes ned\u00e1m dopustit<strong>&nbsp;Thermomix TM6. Jestli si chce\u0161 s\u00e1m \u010di sama vyrobit kvalitn\u00ed mouku bez p\u0159idan\u00fdch stabiliz\u00e1tor\u016f atd. dej mi v\u011bd\u011bt. <\/strong>S\u00e1m si v\u0161e va\u0159\u00edm a p\u0159ipravuji doma a bez p\u0159idan\u00fdch l\u00e1tek u\u017e v\u00edce jak 2 roky. A te\u010f u\u017e zp\u011bt k manioku. Hlavn\u011b nejezte jeho nezpracovan\u00e9 hl\u00edzy, ty obsahuj\u00ed l\u00e1tku linamarin, kter\u00e1 je pro lidsk\u00fd organismus jedem. (jedn\u00e1 se o jedovat\u00fd kyanogenn\u00ed glukosid obsa\u017een\u00fd ve lnu nebo manioku). Nemus\u00edte se ale b\u00e1t.
