U\u017e mohu \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee si rad\u011bji d\u00e1m kvalitn\u00ed tuk, zeleninu \u010di sacharidy nam\u00edsto cukru. M\u00e1m na mysli cukr rafinovan\u00fd i p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed v podob\u011b ovoce. Vy\u0159adil jsem v\u0161e a ano je to opravdu t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. Bojuji s t\u00edm od za\u010d\u00e1tku m\u00e9 cesty k uzdraven\u00ed. Ji\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fdch 12 let. A jak se mi to povedlo. Vlastn\u011b to tak stalo a j\u00e1 ani nev\u00edm. <strong>Prvn\u00ed 3 dny<\/strong> byly t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, ale dok\u00e1zal jsem to. Potom ji\u017e chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9 z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zmizela. A po t\u00fddnu jsem si na m\u00e9 obl\u00edben\u00e9 ban\u00e1ny, mango, jablka ani nevzpomn\u011bl. <strong>Asi v\u00e1m to i bez ovoce p\u0159ijde p\u0159ehnan\u00e9<\/strong>. K n\u011b\u010demu se v\u00e1m ale p\u0159izn\u00e1m, kdy\u017e se mi poda\u0159ilo vysadit rafinovan\u00fd cukr, v\u0161e jsem za\u010dal doh\u00e1n\u011bt ovocem a jedl jsem 2-3 ban\u00e1ny denn\u011b nebo cel\u00e9 mango na posezen\u00ed. To tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed dob\u0159e. Do t\u00e9to osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy jsem \u0161el, proto\u017ee u\u017e jsem c\u00edtil, \u017ee jsem na ovoci doslova z\u00e1visl\u00fd a j\u00edm ho jen z tzv. <strong>emo\u010dn\u00edho hladu<\/strong>. Jedn\u00e1 se o hlad, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fd a vych\u00e1z\u00ed pouze z na\u0161ich emoc\u00ed. T\u011blo je nasycen\u00e9, ale emo\u010dn\u011b se c\u00edt\u00edme vy\u010derpan\u00ed, znud\u011bn\u00ed, frustrovan\u00ed, zlomen\u00ed. A proto hled\u00e1me n\u011bjakou \u00fat\u011bchu a tu n\u00e1m dod\u00e1v\u00e1 j\u00eddlo. Nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1\u0161 smutek, l\u00edtost, frustrace ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed na\u0161ich st\u0159ev spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed bakteri\u00ed. St\u0159evo tak zmaten\u011b vys\u00edl\u00e1 do mozku sign\u00e1l, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba j\u00eddlo a my se tak za\u010dneme p\u0159ej\u00eddat. <strong>V\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee cukr je \u201edrogou chud\u00fdch\u201c a je mo\u017en\u00e1 nejn\u00e1vykov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed drogou, kter\u00e1 existuje?<\/strong> T\u00edm ale \u017eiv\u00edme ty nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 bakterie, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed v t\u011ble z\u00e1n\u011bt. Pr\u00e1v\u011b s t\u011bmito bakteriemi \u201ebojuj\u00ed\u201c na\u0161e p\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 bakterie a sna\u017e\u00ed se je vym\u00fdtit. T\u00edm se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k druh\u00e9mu faktu o cukrech. A\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o cukr rafinovan\u00fd \u010d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed, oba podporuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt v t\u011ble. <strong>Kdy\u017e tedy nahrad\u00edte tabulku \u010dokol\u00e1dy 3 ban\u00e1ny, na st\u0159eva a cel\u00e9 t\u011blo v z\u00e1sad\u011b stejn\u00fd. <\/strong>Pokud se rozhodnete, \u017ee ud\u011bl\u00e1te prvn\u00ed krok a nahrad\u00edte b\u00edl\u00fd cukr cukrem t\u0159tinov\u00fdm. Tak ani neza\u010d\u00ednejte<strong>. <\/strong>Omlouv\u00e1m se, \u017ee v\u00e1m te\u010f zkaz\u00edm iluze, ale <strong>t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr nen\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e b\u00edl\u00fd cukr<\/strong>, jak v\u00e1m mo\u017en\u00e1 tvrdili v televizi. Kter\u00fd spo\u010d\u00edval mimo jin\u00e9 ve vy\u0159azen\u00ed 99% v\u0161ech cukr\u016f. Jedin\u00e9 co jsem m\u011bl povolen\u00e9 byla kokosov\u00e1 voda, 2-3 datle denn\u011b nebo jin\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00e9 ovoce stejn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed. Ale nic nen\u00ed tak \u010dernob\u00edl\u00e9, brambory jsem nahradil <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuzdraveni.cz\/?p=309\">bat\u00e1tem<\/a>, <\/strong>ve kter\u00e9m je 4,2g cukru na 100g bat\u00e1tu. A bat\u00e1t\u016f jsem jedl opravdu hodn\u011b. <strong>0 tedy nen\u00ed naprost\u00e1 0 nemus\u00edte se b\u00e1t. Jen mus\u00edte m\u00edt siln\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed a d\u016fvod pro\u010d to chcete dok\u00e1zat.<\/strong> M\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed v t\u00e9 dob\u011b bylo opravdu siln\u00e9, cht\u011bl jsem \u017e\u00edt a u\u017e\u00edvat si \u017eivota, hrozil mi opak. Po nasazen\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed diety se b\u011bhem 1 m\u011bs\u00edce t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zahojily r\u00e1ny a jizvy, kter\u00e9 se nehojily 4 roky. Jak zmi\u0148uji tak\u00e9 ve sv\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu, kter\u00fd si m\u016f\u017eete poslechnout v podob\u011b <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuzdraveni.cz\/?page_id=49\">podcastu<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>O rok pozd\u011bji ale p\u0159i\u0161ly V\u00e1noce, j\u00e1 jsem si egoisticky myslel, \u017ee u\u017e jsem vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00fd a v\u0161e se zvrhlo. J\u00e1 jsem za\u010dal povolovat sv\u00e1 za\u017eit\u00e1 pravidla a za\u010dal jsem j\u00edst cukrov\u00ed. I p\u0159es to, \u017ee bylo bez rafinovan\u00e9ho cukru, bylo to \u0161patn\u011b. V\u0161e vygradovalo v 2. polovin\u011b roku 2022 a j\u00e1 jsem op\u011bt \u010delil hroz\u00edc\u00ed smrti. Ano jsem ka\u017ed\u00fd den z cel\u00e9ho srdce vd\u011b\u010dn\u00fd, \u017ee jsem st\u00e1le tady. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b tato zku\u0161enost m\u011b podv\u011bdom\u011b p\u0159ivedla k m\u00e9 osobn\u00ed v\u00fdzv\u011b kdy jsem p\u0159ed 3 t\u00fddny nekompromisn\u011b vy\u0159adil ve\u0161ker\u00fd cukr bez v\u00fdjimky. Zm\u011bnu jsem vid\u011bl hned druh\u00fd den. Tr\u00e1pil m\u011b zarostl\u00fd palec, kde se vytvo\u0159il tak\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011bt a u\u017e jsem se chystal na chirurgii a nutn\u00e9 str\u017een\u00ed nehtu. <strong>Sta\u010dil t\u00fdden bez cukru a bylo po probl\u00e9mu.<\/strong> \u0158e\u0161\u00ed\u0161 podobn\u00fd probl\u00e9m? Pak se p\u0159idej do m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuzdraveni.cz\/?page_id=432\">&#8222;cukr free&#8220; v\u00fdzvy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3><strong>Prvn\u00ed 3 dny jsou nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed: Takhle to zvl\u00e1dn<\/strong>e\u0161 i ty<\/h3>\n\n<p>Nejv\u00edce jsem bojoval prvn\u00ed t\u0159i dny. Mozek v\u00e1m bude \u0159\u00edkat a\u0165 n\u011bco sn\u00edte. Budete chodit ke sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148ce se sladkostmi, otev\u0159ete ledni\u010dku x kr\u00e1t za den. Ale vydr\u017ete. Va\u0161e \u00fasil\u00ed p\u0159inese ovoce.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Sna\u017ete se hodn\u011b p\u00edt. <\/strong>Kdy\u017e dostanete chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9, pijte zelen\u00fd, bylinkov\u00fd \u010daj nebo vodu. Nutk\u00e1n\u00ed na sladk\u00e9 se zm\u00edrn\u00ed. S cukrov\u00fdm detoxem <strong>za\u010dn\u011bte o v\u00edkendu<\/strong>. Nebudete tak ve stresu z pr\u00e1ce a neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed povinnost\u00ed. Po\u017e\u00e1dejte n\u011bkoho <strong>a\u0165 v\u00e1s hl\u00edd\u00e1<\/strong> doslova v\u00e1m bere sladk\u00e9 z ruky. S\u00e1m jsem si vyzkou\u0161el, \u017ee z\u00e1vislost na cukru pota\u017emo j\u00eddle je jako ka\u017ed\u00e1 jin\u00e1 z\u00e1vislost. Sna\u017e\u00edte se j\u00edst, kdy\u017e se zrovna nikdo ned\u00edv\u00e1. Jste jako alkoholik, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 schovan\u00e9 fla\u0161ky s pit\u00edm po cel\u00e9m dom\u011b. A u v\u00e1s to jsou su\u0161enky a \u010dokol\u00e1da. Zn\u00e1m to a jsem v tom s v\u00e1mi. Bojoval jsem s cukrem v\u00edce jak 12 let.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Nelyn\u010duj se za to, \u017ee na prvn\u00ed pokus nevy\u0159ad\u00edte v\u0161echen cukr, ale t\u0159eba ho jen omez\u00edte. <\/strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd krok se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. Kdy\u017e u\u017e vydr\u017e\u00edte prvn\u00ed 3 dny a opravdu vy\u0159ad\u00edte v\u0161echen cukr, <strong>p\u0159ipravte se na to, \u017ee budete m\u00edt v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed hlad.<\/strong> T\u011blo se sna\u017e\u00ed chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed cukr nahradit v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm objemem jin\u00e9ho j\u00eddla. U sebe to vid\u00edm hlavn\u011b na konzumaci du\u0161en\u00e9 a va\u0159en\u00e9 zeleniny a bat\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00e9 cukr obsahuj\u00ed. Omezit p\u0159\u00edsun nadbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed j\u00eddla je dal\u0161\u00ed krok. Nen\u00ed t\u0159eba roztahovat si \u017ealudek. Op\u011bt je nejlep\u0161\u00ed kdy\u017e v\u00e1s n\u011bkdo hl\u00edd\u00e1 a \u0159ekne v\u00e1m, \u017ee j\u00edt a\u017e moc. Osobn\u011b tento probl\u00e9m nem\u00e1m vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00fd na 100%, ale \u00be cesty u\u017e jsou za mnou. <strong>Vy\u0159e\u0161it to lze tak, \u017ee si j\u00eddlo nand\u00e1te na tal\u00ed\u0159 a zbytek uklid\u00edte zp\u011bt do ledni\u010dky.<\/strong> Ob\u010das si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee i zakopat do zem\u011b je ob\u010das m\u00e1lo. Hlavn\u011b nenech\u00e1vejte hrnce a krabi\u010dky se zbyl\u00fdm j\u00eddlem na plotn\u011b. Budete chodit a uzob\u00e1vat. V\u00e1\u0161 mozek je prev\u00edt, bude se v\u00e1s sna\u017eit sv\u00e9st z cesty. V\u0161e je v hlav\u011b, \u0159ekn\u011bte si pro\u010d chcete vy\u0159adit cukr ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, kdy\u017e bude v\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fvod dost siln\u00fd pak to dok\u00e1\u017eete. A nakonec <strong>nekupujte nic kde je cukr<\/strong>. (ovoce, su\u0161enky, ultra zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny). Kupujte zeleninu, zdrav\u00e9 tuky a sacharidy a <strong>v\u0161echny pokrmy si p\u0159ipravujte doma a vlastnoru\u010dn\u011b. <\/strong>Nebude to jednoduch\u00e9, budou se v\u00e1m st\u0159\u00eddat n\u00e1lady, va\u0161e ego bude bojovat s va\u0161\u00edm p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00edm, ale pokud vydr\u017e\u00edte pak sklid\u00edte \u00fasp\u011bch. A budete p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed jak lehce se budete c\u00edtit. Jak fyzicky tak i psychicky. Posledn\u00ed a nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed detoxu je, vy\u0159adit tak\u00e9 cukr v podob\u011b ovoce. To u\u017e d\u011blat nemus\u00edte pokud opravdu nechcete. J\u00e1 jsem se pro to rozhodl, abych zato\u010dil se z\u00e1n\u011btem v cel\u00e9m m\u00e9m t\u011ble jednou a na po\u0159\u00e1d. V prvn\u00edm kroku tedy vy\u0159azen\u00ed rafinovan\u00e9ho a p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru v potravin\u00e1ch naprosto sta\u010d\u00ed. I tak uvid\u00edte obrovskou zm\u011bnu. V\u011b\u0159 si a p\u0159idej se do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuzdraveni.cz\/?page_id=432\">v\u00fdzvy<\/a>. J\u00e1 v tebe v\u011b\u0159\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3><strong>Kuchy\u0148sk\u00fd pomocn\u00edk, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed 50% \u010dasu<\/strong> <strong>a stresu p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Na va\u0159en\u00ed nem\u00e1te \u010das? \u010cas str\u00e1ven\u00fd u plotny a hromady \u0161pinav\u00e9ho n\u00e1dob\u00ed m\u011b tr\u00e1pily tak\u00e9. I kdy\u017e jsem va\u0159il jen s\u00e1m pro sebe, bylo v\u017edy n\u00e1dob\u00ed hodn\u011b. Va\u0159en\u00ed m\u011b bav\u00ed, ale neust\u00e1l\u00e9 um\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1dob\u00ed a ukl\u00edzen\u00ed byl pro m\u011b velk\u00fd stres a diskomfort.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed jsem na\u0161el.<\/strong> S n\u00e1dob\u00edm mi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 my\u010dka a \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd u plotny mi \u0161et\u0159\u00ed Thermomix. Prvn\u00edho pomocn\u00edka zn\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd, ale Thermomix mo\u017en\u00e1 ne. Osobn\u011b na n\u011bj ned\u00e1m dopustit a r\u00e1d ti o n\u011bm pov\u00edm v\u00edc nebo ti v n\u011bm t\u0159eba i n\u011bco uva\u0159\u00edm, a\u0165 vid\u00ed\u0161 v praxi z\u00e1zrak, kter\u00fd ti u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed 50% \u010dasu p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed mi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kuzdraveni.cz\/?page_id=45\">napsat<\/a>.
