Za posledn\u00ed t\u0159i roky mo\u017en\u00e1 stejn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed, jako za cel\u00fd \u017eivot brambor. Ne, to trochu zveli\u010duji, ale bat\u00e1t\u016f dnes kupuji trojn\u00e1sobn\u011b v\u00edc, jak brambor. M\u00e1m \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, \u017ee 99% lid\u00ed d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost brambor\u00e1m oproti bat\u00e1t\u016fm. A j\u00e1 se nemus\u00edm b\u00e1t, \u017ee by byly bat\u00e1ty vyprodan\u00e9. I kdy\u017e jsou zrovna za polovi\u010dn\u00ed cenu. I tak v reg\u00e1lech z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Pro\u010d? Nebojte, bat\u00e1ty vydr\u017e\u00ed p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m uskladn\u011bn\u00ed a\u017e 2 m\u011bs\u00edce. Dnes (b\u0159ezen 2023) lze kilo bat\u00e1t\u016f sehnat za 40 korun, ale moc to neb\u00fdv\u00e1, tak pokud je uvid\u00edte, nev\u00e1hejte. Osobn\u011b pova\u017euji cenu bat\u00e1t\u016f za b\u011b\u017enou. A to od t\u00e9 doby co jsem si \u0159ekl, \u017ee m\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed je, to nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v m\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. A\u0165 to stoj\u00ed co to stoj\u00ed. T\u00edm bych ekonomick\u00e9 ok\u00e9nko ukon\u010dil a poj\u010fme se pod\u00edvat na srovn\u00e1n\u00ed B. a B. z pohledu \u00fa\u010dinku na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Abych byl up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd, pova\u017eoval jsem dlouhou dobu a celkem je\u0161t\u011b ned\u00e1vno, brambory za \u0161kodliv\u00e9 nebo nep\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zdrav\u00e9. Od doby, kdy \u0159e\u0161\u00edm, to co j\u00edm, se brambor\u016fm vyh\u00fdb\u00e1m. Jak je to ale doopravdy. Konzumace brambor sni\u017euje cukr v krvi. Kdy\u017e se pod\u00edv\u00e1me po hn\u011bdou, \u010dervenou \u010di \u017elutou slupku brambory m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt b\u00edl\u00fd vnit\u0159ek.
