A potom laktobacily. Tedy alespo\u0148 j\u00e1 osobn\u011b jsem se za celou svoj\u00ed cestu s antibiotiky setk\u00e1val v\u017edy jen a jen s laktobacily. Antibiotika jsem u\u017e\u00edval od sv\u00fdch 16ti let, kdy\u017e mi \u0159ekli, \u017ee m\u00e1m nevyl\u00e9\u010ditelnou Crohnovu chorobu. S kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi p\u0159rst\u00e1vkami jsem pot\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edval antibiotika po dobu cca 8 let. Do sv\u00fdch \u010dty\u0159iadvaceti. <strong>Kolikr\u00e1t jsem sly\u0161el, \u017ee u\u017e bych m\u011bl b\u00fdt mrtv\u00fd po u\u017eit\u00ed tolika antibiotik<\/strong>. D\u011bkuji, \u017ee jsem na tomto sv\u011bt\u011b, m\u00e1m to tady opravdu r\u00e1d a miluji se. Jak napov\u00edd\u00e1 n\u00e1zev fl\u00f3ra. Tedy \u017eivot r\u016fzn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed v na\u0161em t\u011ble. Lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1zev pro \u017eivot v i vn\u011b na\u0161eho t\u011bla je ale mikrobiom. Nebudu zde zach\u00e1zet do odborn\u00fdch detail\u016f. P\u0159edstavte si, ale \u017ee ve sv\u00e9m t\u011ble m\u00e1te dal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot. A tento \u017eivot zastupuj\u00ed mikroorganismy, kter\u00e9 najdeme naprosto v\u0161ude. Od na\u0161ich st\u0159ev, na\u0161\u00ed poko\u017eku a\u017e po v\u0161echen povrch na planet\u011b Zemi. S mikroorganismy se lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo setk\u00e1v\u00e1 ji\u017e v prenat\u00e1ln\u00edm st\u00e1diu \u017eivota v t\u011ble matky. Kdy je vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se t\u011blo p\u0159ed po\u010det\u00edm postupn\u011b osidlov\u00e1no bakteriemi a mikroorganismy matky, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed lidsk\u00fd organismus na p\u0159\u00edchod na sv\u011bt. V tuto chv\u00edli v\u0161ak lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do styku jen s n\u011bkolika m\u00e1lo organismy. Ve chv\u00edli po\u010det\u00ed tento po\u010det organism\u016f za\u010dne exponenci\u00e1ln\u011b r\u016fst.<\/p>\n\n<p>Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit dv\u011b v\u011bci. Do styku s bakteriemi a dal\u0161\u00edmi mikroorganismy p\u0159ijdeme v\u017edy a nijak tomu nezabr\u00e1n\u00edme. Mikrobiom tedy m\u00e1me na cel\u00e9m na\u0161em t\u011ble, od poko\u017eky a\u017e po zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 st\u0159eva. V\u011bt\u0161ina mikroorganism\u016f jsou pro na\u0161e t\u011blo prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se pot\u0159ebujeme. Desinfekce rukou n\u00e1m tedy tak \u00fapln\u011b nepom\u00e1h\u00e1.<strong> Na toto t\u00e9ma mohu doporu\u010dit knihu \u201eZdrav\u00e1 st\u0159eva\u201c od Justin a Erica Sonenbergov\u00fdch.<\/strong> V t\u00e9to knize se tak\u00e9 dozv\u00edte, kolik 0 mus\u00edte napsat za 1, abyste vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili po\u010det v\u0161ech mikroorganism\u016f na cel\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed planet\u011b. Nebudu to prozrazovat. M\u016f\u017eete mi potom napsat toto \u010d\u00edslo t\u0159eba na email, ale nepi\u0161te ho do p\u0159edm\u011btu, tam by se mo\u017en\u00e1 ani neve\u0161lo.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Laktobacily: A v\u00edte, \u017ee existuj\u00ed i bifidobakterie?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Po celou dobu mi l\u00e9ka\u0159i p\u0159edepisovali laktobacily. Jednu krabi\u010dku za druhou. A\u017e v roce 2022 jsem se dozv\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee existuj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 bifidobakterie. A co vy? Tak\u00e9 po\u0159\u00e1d u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te jen laktobacily. Jak text v\u00fd\u0161e napov\u011bd\u011bl, jen laktobacily opravdu sta\u010dit nebudou. Prozat\u00edm tedy v\u011bda uv\u00e1d\u00ed dva kmeny spojuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u0161echny mikroorganismy. A to laktobacily a bifidobakterie. A i tak je toto d\u011blen\u00ed dost mo\u017en\u00e1 nedosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. Ale v\u011bdeck\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry rozporovat nebudu. S pojmem bifidobakterie jsem se tedy poprv\u00e9 setkal a\u017e ve sv\u00fdch 28 letech. Ve chv\u00edli kdy jsem si nechal ud\u011blat rozbor sv\u00e9ho mikrobiomu a v\u00fdsledky byly \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed i kdy\u017e ve v\u00fdsledku opodstatn\u011bl\u00e9. Hodnota laktobacil\u016f v m\u00e9m st\u0159ev\u011b byla 0,358 oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 hodnot\u011b 0,100. Pamatujete? V\u00fd\u0161e jsem zmi\u0148oval, \u017ee mi l\u00e9ka\u0159i p\u0159edepisovali jedny laktobacily za druh\u00fdmi a tady je v\u00fdsledek. Te\u010f se pod\u00edv\u00e1me na byfidobakterie. Hodnota pro moje st\u0159eva byla 0,006 oproti b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 hodnot\u011b 5,000. (\u00fadaje ze srpna roku 2022. Ano opravdu nekec\u00e1m. Kdo si chce nechat otestovat sv\u016fj st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom a podpo\u0159it jej, koukn\u011bte <a href=\"https:\/\/matejhrabek.harmonelo.shop\/e-shop.php\">sem.<\/a> Jedn\u00e1 se o produkty, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1m na vlastn\u00ed st\u0159eva vyzkou\u0161en\u00e9, na kter\u00e9 ned\u00e1m dopustit a mohu v\u00e1m je v\u0159ele doporu\u010dit.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Probiotika vs. prebiotika<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Probiotika jsou tedy hodn\u00e9 a \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed bakterie v na\u0161em t\u011ble a hlavn\u011b ve st\u0159evech, kter\u00e9 udr\u017euj\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom ve zdrav\u00ed. Probiotka v\u0161ak nemohou fungovat bez prebiotik a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prebiotik bez probiotik tak\u00e9 ned\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl. A co to ta prebiotika jsou? Jedn\u00e1 se vlastn\u011b o cukry a vl\u00e1kninu, kter\u00e1 je h\u016f\u0159e straviteln\u00e1, ale p\u016fsob\u00ed ve st\u0159ev\u011b jako potrava pro probiotika, kter\u00e9 ji pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed pro sv\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed. A doch\u00e1z\u00ed tak ke vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9mu sou\u017eit\u00ed a synergii mezi probiotiky a prebiotiky v na\u0161em t\u011ble. A tato probiotika a prebiotika je t\u0159eba dopl\u0148ovat.
