I kdy\u017e zde vysv\u011btl\u00edm co to je vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed nechci tuto praktiku t\u00edmto \u010dl\u00e1nkem nikoho u\u010dit ani jej k n\u00ed nab\u00e1dat. Oproti meditaci, <strong>u vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed ji\u017e jsou ur\u010dit\u00e1 rizika \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed <\/strong>a pokud je zde mezi \u010dten\u00e1\u0159i n\u011bkdo koho to opravdu zaj\u00edm\u00e1, spojte se semnou a j\u00e1 v\u00e1s spoj\u00edm s n\u011bk\u00fdm kdo m\u011b samotn\u00e9ho o vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed hodn\u011b nau\u010dil. Ono toti\u017e z googlu se tohle moc nau\u010dit ned\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se zkus\u00edme pod\u00edvat do minulosti, jako prvn\u00ed je s pojmem vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed tedy embodiment spojov\u00e1no jm\u00e9no<strong> Ren\u00e9 Descartes ze 16. stolet\u00ed, kter\u00fd mluv\u00ed o tzv. dualit\u011b t\u011bla a mysli<\/strong>. Kdy mysl je p\u0159irozen\u00e1 a dok\u00e1\u017ee fungovat samostatn\u011b bez vlivu t\u011bla. Na druhou stranu t\u011blo bez mysli, a naopak nemohou fungovat. Propojen\u00ed a prov\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed mezi t\u011blem a mysl\u00ed je neodmysliteln\u00e9. D\u00edky tomu jsme tady a te\u010f. Pro lep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavu m\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161e rozd\u011blit do dvou skupin. A to: fyzick\u00e9 t\u011blo, mysl a ego a druh\u00e1: du\u0161e, duch a intuice. Ego vych\u00e1z\u00ed z mysli. Intuice potom ze srdce, kter\u00e9 je p\u0159\u00edmo napojeno na na\u0161\u00ed du\u0161i. Tak\u00e9 v\u00e1m u\u017e n\u011bkdy n\u011bkdo \u0159ekl a\u0165 se rozhodujete srdcem? To je p\u0159esn\u011b ono. Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno jde o to sam\u00e9, jako kdy\u017e mluv\u00edme o vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed tedy odd\u011blen\u00ed my\u0161lenek od fyzick\u00fdch projev\u016f t\u011bla. N\u011bkter\u00e9 zdroje pot\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u00ed prap\u016fvod my\u0161lenky vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed a\u017e v 5. stolet\u00ed p\u0159. n. l. Nebudeme v\u0161ak zab\u0159ed\u00e1vat do d\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>A co to vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u011b je? <\/strong>Jednodu\u0161e \u0159e\u010deno, jedn\u00e1 se o stav, kdy na\u0161e du\u0161e opust\u00ed na kr\u00e1tk\u00fd \u010das na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 t\u011blo. Zde nast\u00e1v\u00e1 ten okam\u017eik rozhodnut\u00ed, zda se du\u0161e do t\u011bla vr\u00e1t\u00ed \u010di nikoliv. Zda o tomto z\u00e1\u017eitku m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk pot\u00e9 vypr\u00e1v\u011bt \u010di nikoliv. Mus\u00edm se, ale hned opravit <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bji k vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed <\/strong>p\u0159i sp\u00e1nku t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017edou noc. Vybav\u00edte si n\u011bkdy pocit jakobyste ve sp\u00e1nku l\u00e9tali a p\u0159i probuzen\u00ed jako byste spadli zp\u00e1tky do postele? To se pr\u00e1v\u011b vr\u00e1tila va\u0161e du\u0161e do va\u0161eho t\u011bla. D\u011bje se tak, proto\u017ee na\u0161e du\u0161e je svobodn\u011b mysl\u00edc\u00ed entitou, jsme to vlastn\u011b my, nespoutan\u00ed a neomezen\u00ed hmotn\u00fdm sv\u011btem. Proto pokud v\u00e1m n\u011bco napov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed nepopsateln\u00fd pocit \u010di intuice, p<strong>r\u00e1v\u011b k v\u00e1m promlouv\u00e1 va\u0161e du\u0161e, kter\u00e1 je odpro\u0161t\u011bn\u00e1 od mysli<\/strong> a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm od ega, proto pr\u00e1v\u011b du\u0161e v\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee nejl\u00e9pe poradit. Aby v\u00e1m mohla co nejl\u00e9pe radit, abyste vy sami sob\u011b mohli co nejl\u00e9pe radit mus\u00ed du\u0161e ob\u010das odej\u00edt a na\u010derpat pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti z kolektivn\u00edho v\u011bdom\u00ed \u010di ak\u00e1\u0161istick\u00e9 knihovny. J\u00e1 v\u00edm, j\u00e1 v\u00edm zase moc nov\u00fdch v\u00fdraz\u016f, slibuji, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017eete t\u011b\u0161it na nov\u00e9 a nov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky kde v\u0161e rozebereme. <strong>A pro\u010d se o vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed tolik nev\u00ed, a kdy\u017e u\u017e se o tom mluv\u00ed, je to jako kdyby n\u011bco mystick\u00e9ho? <\/strong>Proto\u017ee je to za hranic\u00ed logiky a exaktn\u00ed v\u011bdy. P\u0159itom je t\u0159eba jenom uv\u011b\u0159it. Mnoho lid\u00ed uv\u011b\u0159\u00ed na samotn\u00e9 hranici \u017eivota a smrti. Proto v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00e1m tento \u010dl\u00e1nek m\u016f\u017ee pomoci uv\u011b\u0159it a nezach\u00e1zet a\u017e tak daleko, jako jsem za\u0161el nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n<p>J\u00e1 osobn\u011b mus\u00edm projevit nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vd\u011b\u010dnost za to, \u017ee jsem t\u00edmto z\u00e1\u017eitkem pro\u0161el a hlavn\u011b, \u017ee jsem se vr\u00e1til. I kdy\u017e si ten moment p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepamatuji, vrac\u00ed se mi v\u0161e ve snech a momentech D\u00e9j\u00e0 vu. Vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed je a\u017e daleko za hranic\u00ed meditace. Meditace je prvn\u00edm krokem k vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed. Kdy\u017e se toti\u017e n\u011bkomu poda\u0159\u00ed dostat do hlubok\u00e9 meditace, m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dle m\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed pocit, jako by l\u00e9tal a pak a pak pocit kdy se mraven\u010den\u00ed po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble zm\u011bn\u00ed a \u010dlov\u011bk jako by nec\u00edtil nic. Dech se zpomal\u00ed a d\u00e1le u\u017e je to na ka\u017ed\u00e9m z n\u00e1s, jak daleko se odv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zaj\u00edt. Jak by \u0159ekl m\u016fj 12 ti let\u00fd br\u00e1\u0161ka, to se nesm\u00edte b\u00e1t pustit sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla a j\u00edt. J\u00e1 v\u0161ak siln\u011b nedoporu\u010duji tuto praktiku. A u\u017e v\u016fbec ne pod dohledem. Abych se v\u0161ak vr\u00e1til k t\u00e9matu. Kdy\u017e jsem pro\u0161el klinickou smrt\u00ed a byl jsem, jak jsem se pozd\u011bji dozv\u011bd\u011bl 4 dny v um\u011bl\u00e9m sp\u00e1nku, byla moje du\u0161e mimo m\u00e9 t\u011blo a byl to pr\u00e1v\u011b m\u016fj br\u00e1\u0161ka a jen p\u00e1r dal\u0161\u00edch bl\u00edzk\u00fdch, kte\u0159\u00ed semnou komunikovali.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dle slov br\u00e1\u0161ky bylo v tu chv\u00edli jen a jen na mn\u011b, zda se do tady a te\u010f vr\u00e1t\u00edm a j\u00e1 jsem se s vd\u011b\u010dnost\u00ed v srdci rozhodl vr\u00e1tit. Asi tu m\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b splnit n\u011bjak\u00fd \u00fakol a t\u0159eba jeden z nich je napsat tento \u010dl\u00e1nek. Nev\u00edm, nech\u00e1v\u00e1m v\u0161e otev\u0159en\u00e9. O samotn\u00e9m vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed moc odborn\u00fdch knih nevypov\u00edd\u00e1, je to z toho d\u016fvodu, \u017ee to nelze tak \u00fapln\u011b v\u011bdecky dok\u00e1zat a v\u0161e je zalo\u017eeno na v\u00fdpov\u011bd\u00edch a zku\u0161enostech lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dostali dar o tomto z\u00e1\u017eitku vypr\u00e1v\u011bt. N\u011bkdo vid\u011bl and\u011bly, n\u011bkdo jin\u00e9 sv\u011bteln\u00e9 bytosti. J\u00e1 jsem vid\u011bl z\u00e1\u0159iv\u00e1, barevn\u00e1 sv\u011btla a \u010dleny sv\u00e9 rodiny. Ano, byl jsem pod siln\u00fdmi opi\u00e1ty, ale n\u011bkter\u00e9 vjemy a z\u00e1\u017eitky si lidsk\u00e1 mysl prost\u011b jen tak nevymysl\u00ed a zat\u00edm nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed D\u00e9j\u00e0 vu jsem m\u011bl p\u0159i sledov\u00e1n\u00ed filmu Avatar 2, ale nebudu nic prozrazovat.<\/p>\n\n<p>O to zaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee jsem asi m\u011bs\u00edc p\u0159ed t\u00edmto z\u00e1\u017eitkem bl\u00edzk\u00e9 smrti po\u017e\u00e1dal onu ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bnou zn\u00e1mou, aby mi s vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00edm pomohla, abych se mohl tak zbavit bolest\u00ed a ona mi to rozmluvila s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ve velmi dobr\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 kondici, aby tento proces v\u011bdom\u011b uko\u010d\u00edroval. P\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ak bylo vysloveno a nejsp\u00ed\u0161e velmi siln\u011b. Inu d\u00e1vejte dobr\u00fd pozor na to, co si ob\u010das p\u0159ejete. M\u00e1m na pam\u011bti je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00edho \u010dlov\u011bka, u kter\u00e9ho jsem se poprv\u00e9 s pojmem vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed setkal, ale opravdu nechci nikoho nab\u00e1dat, proto si jej nech\u00e1m pro sebe a na vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed z pohledu v\u011bdy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Nechci zde polemizovat o slo\u017eit\u00fdch p\u0159edstav\u00e1ch, zda je n\u011bco mo\u017en\u00e9 \u010di nemo\u017en\u00e9 a pokud to tak je, zda se jedn\u00e1 o v\u011bdecky dok\u00e1zan\u00fd fakt. Uk\u00e1\u017ei jen na p\u00e1r p\u0159\u00edkladech to, o \u010dem jsem hovo\u0159il na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u010dl\u00e1nku. Tedy odd\u011blitelnost a sob\u011bsta\u010dnost mysli od t\u011bla. Je jen a jen na n\u00e1s, jak na\u0161e mysl zareaguje na jakoukoliv situaci v na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b. Uve\u010fme si to na placebo efektu. Mysl jde tedy ovl\u00e1dat bez ohledu na to, co se n\u00e1m skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje. <strong>Prvn\u00ed zm\u00ednky o placebo efektu jsou z roku 1572<\/strong>. Tehdy francouzsk\u00fd filosof Michel de Montaigne napsal, \u017ee mnoh\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010di i samotn\u00fd pohled na l\u00e9k. O placebo efektu hovo\u0159ilo od t\u00e9 doby nev\u011bdom\u011b hodn\u011b myslitel\u016f. <strong>Prvn\u00ed dolo\u017eiteln\u00fd pokus se uskute\u010dnil v roce 1799 a provedl ho Britsk\u00fd psycholog John Haygarth.<\/strong> Ten tuto metodu pou\u017eil u pacient\u016f s revmatismem. Sv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky shrnul v knize: \u201dOn the imagination as a Cause and as a Cure of Disorders of the Body.\u201d Asi nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba zde v\u00edce tuto knihu rozeb\u00edrat. Haygarth nepou\u017eil v\u00fdraz placebo. Tento v\u00fdraz byl je\u0161t\u011b na v\u00edce, jak 100 let ne zcela pochopen. <strong>Poprv\u00e9 byl v\u00fdraz placebo efekt pou\u017eit v roce 1920 <\/strong>a je\u0161t\u011b pozd\u011bji b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky. Americk\u00fd anesteziolog Henry K. Beecher zkoumal placebo efekt p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed morfia pro zran\u011bn\u00e9 voj\u00e1ky.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Jak funguje placebo a s\u00edla na\u0161\u00ed mysli a pozornosti, mohu \u0159\u00edci tak\u00e9 z vlastn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti. <\/strong>Co se stane, kdy\u017e v\u00e1s bol\u00ed hlava a vy se najednou kopnete do palce nebo \u0159\u00edznete do prstu. Tak\u00e9 najednou na bolest hlavy zapomenete? Ot\u00e1zka je, zda by \u0161lo tohoto efektu odpojen\u00ed od bolesti dos\u00e1hnout tak\u00e9 c\u00edlen\u011b. Ano jde to. Kdy\u017e m\u011b za\u010dalo bolet b\u0159icho, \u0161el jsem si lehnout a pod\u00edvat se na film a bylo po bolesti. N\u011bkdy to ale nefunguje. Mysl je natolik zafixovan\u00e1 na danou bolest, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba ji vytrhnout n\u011b\u010d\u00edm drsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, a to pr\u00e1v\u011b jinou bolest\u00ed. Te\u010f si vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m na z\u00e1\u017eitek n\u011bkdy p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety. \u0160\u00edlen\u011b m\u011b bolel zub a nezab\u00edral ani siln\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek na bolest. \u0160el jsem tedy va\u0159it, abych na bolest zapomn\u011bl. Nepomohlo to. Pozd\u011bji odpoledne p\u0159ijela zn\u00e1m\u00e1 a nat\u00edrali jsme futra u dve\u0159\u00ed b\u00edlou barvou. B\u011bhem pr\u00e1ce se mi poda\u0159ilo barvu vyl\u00edt. Zni\u010dil jsem si koberec a \u010dekalo m\u011b ukl\u00edzen\u00ed zasychaj\u00edc\u00ed barvy z kachli\u010dek snad na cel\u00e9m balkonu. A co mysl\u00edte? \u0160\u00edlen\u00e1 bolest byla pry\u010d a vyst\u0159\u00eddala ji frustrace z toho co se stalo. Jde to tedy na ob\u011b strany a d\u00e1l u\u017e je to na n\u00e1s. Zda na\u0161i mysl zam\u011b\u0159me na to pozitivn\u00ed nebo negativn\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed princip vyt\u011blesn\u011bn\u00ed tak m\u016f\u017eeme pou\u017e\u00edvat dnes a denn\u011b.
